The Human Resources Assistant will provide HR administrative support to the Company. S/he will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

**Essential Functions**

1. Responsible for employee onboarding and documentation.

2. Responsible for administrative details related to Company drug testing program.

3. Maintain accurate documentation in employee database files.

4. Assist with employee benefits administrative duties.

5. Track and follow up on various employee compliance matters; provide status updates for same.

6. Respond to external requests for employment verification.

7. Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills, Education or Experience**

* Associates’ degree or higher in Human Resources, Personnel Management or Business Administration, or 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Discretion and the ability to keep data confidential
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with database systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Effective organizational skills and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and follow up
* Ability to prioritize and seek resolution to employees’ issues

This is a full-time in-office position. Monday-Friday, eight hours/day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,700.00 – $46,700.00 per year
